1. About Our Services

Tò He Lệ Quyên offers services related to the traditional Vietnamese tò he (rice-dough figurine) craft, including: hiring the artisan to perform and model tò he at events, running hands-on tò he workshops, supplying tò he products and gifts, and wholesale/retail sales of modeling dough. By contacting us and using our services, you agree to the terms below.

2. Quotes and Payment

We use negotiated pricing based on the scale, duration and nature of each event or order. This website has no online booking function; please contact us directly to receive a suitable quote.

  • Prices are agreed before the service is carried out.
  • For events, we may request a deposit to reserve the date and prepare.
  • The remaining balance is paid as agreed between the two parties.

3. Booking, Cancellation and Rescheduling

An event date is only confirmed once both parties agree on the time and location and (where applicable) the deposit is completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible so we can arrange accordingly. Cancellations made close to the event date may affect the deposit, subject to the original agreement.

4. Image and Content Copyright

All work photos, tò he samples, videos and content on this website are the intellectual property of artisan Lệ Quyên. Please do not copy, reuse or distribute them without permission. The tò he products and design samples are likewise the intellectual property of the artisan.

5. Nature of Handmade Products

Tò he are shaped entirely by hand. As a result, each item may show small differences in color, detail and shape compared with the reference images. This is a natural characteristic of handmade products, not a defect.

6. Limitation of Liability

We always strive to deliver our services as committed. However, we are not responsible for force majeure situations beyond our control (weather, objective incidents at the venue, etc.). In such cases, both parties will discuss to find a reasonable solution.
